Meet in Angers, France  (Airfare to France not included)

Marie DeForge Heiss is our local host and trip manager for our Loire Valley France photo workshop. A subtle and peaceful light bathes the vineyards and the fields along the Loire River in central France, and Marie will share with us the hidden places she loved best while growing up here. In addition to these delicious landscapes, we’ll explore small-village life, old limestone quarries and magnificent chateaus that dot the historic King’s Valley Route. We’ll emphasize savoring the local cuisine specialties and famous wines of the Loire, with a Michelin-rated restaurant and Marie’s other favorite local haunts.

Our Mission:

Because we believe great music can elevate the human spirit, the Purpose of the Guild is to foster, promote and facilitate the operation of the Utah Symphony Orchestra financially, socially and educatonally.
